As part of my master’s thesis at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, I am looking for effective and easy-to-implement ways to better balance gaming with the rest of your daily life.
To that end, I would like to offer interested participants a simple training program that has already shown promising results in similar areas and that anyone can use on their own— without prior knowledge and without requiring additional time.
